Sites? Bullies need the table to be turned on them. Hope this is offensive to anyone, but in reality, bullies are being bullied by someone older-usually the pressure from a parent or older sibling. The parent needs the help to learn what they are doing that puts pressure on their child. This doesn't mean that the parent or older sibling is physical with the child, it just means that the child is having a problem digesting the way he is handling the pressure from the parent.
Subconscious competition for males. Exclusion makes them feel powerful.
