Crank and Glass, both by Ellen Hopkins.

Neither Burned nor Impulse are books on drug addiction. (But both still by Ellen Hopkins)

Dreamland is not so much about drug abuse as it is about domestic abuse. (The girl in the book only dabbles with pot towards the middle of the book.)

Also check out----

A Piece of Cake: A Memoir by Cupcake Brown

Candy: A Novel of Love and Addiction by Luke Davies
crank, glass, burned, impulse.
