How to announce to our teenage kids that we're pregnant?

We have found out we are pregnant and are waiting to tell anyone til we have our ultrasound done. Want some creative ways to tell our teenage kids and our extended families the good news.

when my mom told me she was pregnant she waited until a few months before she was due but told me nice and happily...but then she miscaried...


invite your kid to diner and then be like what would you think about me having another kid? then depending on what he/she says be happy or sad.
There are alot of ways that are cute. One could be writing a poem. Start each line with one of the letters that would spell either IM PREGNANT, IS IT A BOY OR GIRL, etc...

and at the end when it comes to the T write something like, Take your time to read the first letter of each sentence to see what it spells... something like that.


Or make pizza before they come home, use sausage (or whatever topping) to spell out boy on one pizza and girl on the other


Get a lot of different things that are blue and pink and put them around the house; your kids should pick up on all the blue and pink things around and either they'll ask or catch on.





Hmm.... wrap some gifts of little onesies and have them open them at the same time, get blue and pink.
