My teenage daughter is having server pain in her muscle and joints.?

The pain will travel though her body. For example in the morning she will have pain in her elbow by nighttime the pain will be in her shoulder. The pain has been going on for about 8 days. There are no other side affects. My teenage daughter is having server pain in her muscle and joints.?
There are several things that can cause this issue. Primarily the lack of water in your body will cause your bones to dehydrate and the joints will ache. The second thing is possibly the lack of calcium and magnesium in your body. Please no that there are cofactors involved in digesting minerals that if not working right, you won't be getting enough calcium, etc. One very important aspect of calcium digestion is the pH of your stomach when food arrives there. If you eat a low salt diet that the so called ';food experts'; tell you to do, you may not be producing enough stomach acid to cause the pH of the stomach to go low enough and you will not digest your calcium you take. If you are taking calcium pills, they most likely will not be digesting well and ending up as toxic calcium that will contribute to BONE SPURS, cataracts, kidney stones, etc.

Usually when joints ache the way you are describing it is from dehydration.

The average person needs water at the following rate:

Take your total body weight and divide by 2. That number is the amount of water in ounces that you need to drink each and everyday. Along with that, you should consume 1/4 teaspoon of ';air dried sea salt'; in conjunction with each quart of water you drink. This puts the electrolytes in your body that will give you proper hydration. The typical white table salt you buy in stores like the Morton Salt, for instance, is terrible for you and has loads of chemicals added. Avoid that junk. If you drink ANY diuretic drinks like, sodas, coffee, tea, alcohol, commercially prepared fruit drinks, energy drinks, etc., these all dehydrate you and you will need to add more water to the total to compensate for the water loss due to these diuretic drinks. Take the total ounces of the diuretic drinks and multiply by 1.5 and add that total to the original total to come up with the proper amount of water you need to drink each day.

The dehydration thing is the easiest thing to try first and will most likely solve your problem.

It's probably growing pains. I had a lot of aches and pains as a teenager. I was active, too. Best to see a doctor, anyway. It would put your mind at ease.
